Pan-O-Prog | Lakeville Minnesota Summer Festival, CANCELLATION OF PAN-O-PROG 2020 Due to the uncertainty of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the Pan-O-Prog board of directors voted unanimously to cancel our events for 2020. The health and safety of everyone involved with Pan-O-Prog – spectators, volunteers, performers, vendors, Lakeville city services, and others, is of utmost importance.
