Kemmerer Village, Kemmerer Village is providing care for children in need from all over
Illinois. A home for children in our foster care programs and residential
treatment program focusing on mental health and therapeutic treatment,
equine therapy, and an on-ground school. Kemmerer Village is a place where
today's child gets the resources they need to succeed.
