Arizona Council of Chapters, The Arizona Council of Chapters (MOAA) also referred to as AZCOC is an affiliate of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA). MOAA and AZCOC are politically nonpartisan, non profit 501 (c)(19) veteran's organizations. AZCOC is an affiliation of MOAA Chapters throughout Arizona.
